How to Make a Reservation
The reservation process for Topaz Lake RV Park is very personal.
I take pride in having "Happy Campers," and that starts with caring about our returning customers and meeting their requests, as well as accommodating new customer requests.

Please keep in mind that the reservations are made only one year in advance.
There is NOT an online option to make reservations.
Standard Opening & Early Season:
Every season most of the reservations from March until the beginning of the summer season are monthly customers and/or customers looking for some fishing time. With the exception of Memorial Day Weekend, which is usually reserved far in advance of the weekend, I can accommodate most customer requests to stay at our Park in the early months of the season.
Monthly or Seasonal Reservations:
When available, I am more than happy to accommodate monthly or seasonal reservations. There is not any availability for any further seasonal requests in 2026, and I have started a wait list for 2027. As of now, there is no further availability for monthly customers until after Labor Day Weekend.
Let the Summer Begin!
In 2026, the summer season begins on Memorial Day Weekend in May and ends Labor Day Weekend in September. For the next
10 + weeks of summer, the reservations are primarily arriving on Saturdays and leaving on Saturdays, or days in between. Yes, I do have monthly customers, even seasonal customers staying at the Park through the summer season, but these reservations are carefully planned to work with the arrivals and departures of our weekly summer customers. The summer weeks are designated by a long standing history of each customer coming during their designated weeks of the summer. As our summer weeks always begin on Saturday, the calendar date changes each year. Yes, I will take reservations or a wait list for a shorter period than a week. (Example: Tuesday to Friday, or Thursday to Monday.)
For you early planners, the 2026 summer weeks are listed below.

- July wk 2 ~ 7/4 to 7/11 *
- July wk 3 ~ 7/11 to 7/18 *
- July wk 4 ~ 7/18 to 7/25 **
- Aug wk 1 ~ 7/25 to 8/1 *

Please note that the dates have been pushed back compared to 2026. This happens every 5-6 years.

Late Season & Closing Information
After Labor Day Weekend, the Park will stay open for a bit more than 30 days. This will leave at least a month after the holiday customers have departed, giving enough time for our monthly customers to arrive and enjoy the last of summer and early fall, as well as the excellent fishing and nice weather during September!
Although Topaz Lake is now open for fishing year round on both the Nevada and California sides of the Lake, the Park will continue to open in early March & close in October.
In 2026 the Park will close on Sunday, October 11th.
In 2027 the Park will close on Sunday, October 10th.
